Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. During periods of higher demand, preparation may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Times

After dispatch, U.S. orders typically arrive within 4–10 business days. International orders typically arrive within 8–14 business days. In some cases, delivery may take 8–16 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Options & Charges

Available destinations, shipping options and charges are presented at checkout. Any import duties, taxes or carrier fees not included at checkout may be payable upon delivery.

Tracking & Separate Shipments

Tracking details are sent by email once your order is dispatched. Where possible, your pieces are shipped together. If they arrive separately, tracking is provided for each shipment.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact Client Care promptly, as requests may not be possible once preparation has begun.

Delivery Assistance

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with your household, neighbours or local carrier. If it remains missing—or arrives damaged—contact us for assistance.
